Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR)

Taking into account differences in body structure, WHR is used as an indicator of a person’s health and the risk of developing serious health problems, as well as a measurement of weight gain around the abdomen. People with more weight around the waist area face higher health risks than those with more weight around the hips area.
